Group Sessions are held at 1114A Central Ave. We will be holding 4-8 group sessions a month. Please Follow us on Instagram and Facebook for the monthly schedule. In this Session there will be up to 12 people who can book and share the experience. For bookings over 12 please contact us directly. Enter the realm of Breathwork, an ancient practice reimagined for the modern era. Breathwork offers a direct pathway to calming the mind, restoring balance, and unlocking a state of profound relaxation and clarity.
