Service Description
From Beginning to end, this session can take from 1.5 to 2.5 hours depending on the Breathwork Journey that you have chosen. Typically, 90 minutes. Enter the realm of Breathwork, an ancient practice reimagined for the modern era. Breathwork offers a direct pathway to calming the mind, restoring balance, and unlocking a state of profound relaxation and clarity. Unlike conventional stress relief techniques, Breathwork facilitates a powerful and immediate transformation, providing a tangible oasis of peace in the tumult of everyday life.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule, please contact us at least 24 hours in advance. If you cannot do so you will be charged a fee. Alternatively, go to "My Bookings" page under your account and cancel/reschedule from there.
