Vetradent dental spray

• The no-startle nozzle is unique and will not scare dogs or cats with a loud sound.
• A good option for cats on moist food and dogs on raw diets that don’t drink a lot of water.
• Gently lift the upper lip and apply directly to exposed teeth and gums for optimal contact.
• For dogs and cats less than 20 lb., spray once on each side of the mouth.
• For pets with larger mouths (typically those over 20 lb.), spray twice on each side of the mouth.
• Apply twice daily.

Handling Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment and prescription (if applicable) are confirmed. Compounded or special-order medications may require additional time, and we’ll notify you if there are delays.

 

Delivery Restrictions

We currently ship to Canadian addresses only. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses at this time. Please ensure a physical address is provided for successful delivery.

Returns

We may accept returns for unopened, unused, and sealed over-the-counter (OTC) products in their original packaging within 30 days of purchase. Returns are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

To initiate a return, please contact us by phone or email before sending the item back.

 

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and regulatory reasons, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on: Prescription medications and refrigerated items (both OTC and prescription products).

 

Additional Terms:

BEAM Pharmacy reserves the right to approve or deny any refund or exchange request. A restocking fee of up to 20% may apply.

Shipping fees are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

No refunds or returns for products that are purchased over 30 days ago. 

 

Exchanges

We may allow exchanges for unopened, unused, and sealed OTC products in their original condition within 30 days of purchase. Exchanges are subject to product availability and approval.

To request an exchange, please contact us before bringing or mailing the item back. Prescription medications and refrigerated items cannot be exchanged.

 

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

For prescription orders: Once a prescription has been dispensed, it cannot be cancelled or refunded.

For non-prescription orders: If the order has not yet been shipped or picked up, we may be able to process a cancellation and issue a refund.

For shipped orders: It cannot be cancelled once the order has been dispatched. You may return eligible items following our return policy.
