Cancellation Policy

At CleanLux Homes, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling and fair service for all clients, please note our cancellation policy: Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a $140 fee for cleans three hours and under, or 50% of the service cost for cleans four hours and over. Same-day cancellations or no-shows—including situations where our team cannot access your home—will be charged the full service fee.
