Service Description

Canada’s refugee system protects those who face a well-founded risk of persecution based on race, religion, nationality, political opinion, or membership in a particular social group. We assist with: - Refugee claims filed within Canada - Representation before the Immigration and Refugee Board (IRB) All claims are handled with confidentiality, compassion, and respect for the legal process. We assess the legal merits of each case before proceeding.
