"Sisters in the Wilderness," will explore the lives of Catherine Parr Traill and Susanna Moodie. The event will take place at the Fitzpatrick House, where guests will not only learn about the sisters’ experiences but also get to taste historical dishes inspired by early settler recipes, including those mentioned in their writings. It’s a truly immersive experience, guests will be seated in a heritage home, learning about history through the sisters’ perspectives while sampling food from the era.
