HOW FAR DO YOU DELIVER?We deliver across the GTA.

WHERE DO I PICK UP MY ORDER?You can pick your order up directly from the store. Just give the person at the order counter your order number and name.

HOW DO I KNOW IF MY ONLINE ORDER IS CONFIRMED?Once your order is processed you will receive an automated email confirmation. The email will include the following details: items ordered, your order number and the time of pick-up or delivery. Please check your junk or spam folders for this email if you do not see it in your inbox.

HOW IS PAYMENT PROCESSED?We use a secure payment gateway to process all payments. All of your details are stored on a secure, encrypted server where all of your information is kept safely.

WHAT IS THE REFUNDABLE CREDIT CARD HOLD ITEM IN MY CART?Since many of our products are weighted and not exact, we add a line item to your order that acts as a credit card hold. If items are over weight, we refund the difference. For example, if you order a 1 pound steak at $10/lb but it comes to 1.1lbs when we prepare your order, there is an additional $1 that needs to be charged. We subtract this from the refundable credit card hold and refund the difference. So if there was a hold for $20, you would get a refund for $19.
