Terms of Use

Intro

We ship across Ontario and run local courier deliveries in Toronto. Here’s the deal:

Fiasco Snack Bar offers a variety of prepared food options and our wines, beers and merchandise can all be purchased with food items through this site. Simply add the food item you’re looking for and add any wine, beer or available merchandise to your order and we’ll get them delivered to you straight away! We’ll be continuing to expand our take-away food options but, for now, we’re starting small and working to ensure we provide the same seamless and curated experience you’ll experience as we put on a record and enjoy onsite as we do here.

As we get started, we’re also happy to offer a discount on orders over $20 for $10 back to help make it easier for people to get to know our food and perspective on all things wine and vibes. Enjoy!

Toronto Courier Delivery

  • Deliveries run Monday to Friday.

  • Someone 19+ needs to be there to receive it — no exceptions.

  • Your delivery fee includes one attempt. Our courier will text and email updates, so make sure the right contact info is in there.

  • Sending it to someone else? Great. Just make sure their details are correct so this doesn’t turn into a fiasco.

If no one’s there, the order comes back to us.

If the first attempt misses because of incorrect details (wrong address, missing buzzer, no answer, etc.), your order will be held for pickup. Want us to try again? We can — there’s an added fee. Email us at (email) and we’ll sort it out.

Ontario-Wide Shipping

  • Most orders land within 3–5 days, depending on where you are.

  • You’ll get tracking info the day it ships.

  • We move fast, but we can’t promise exact delivery dates.

  • Rural or remote areas may take a little longer.

If timing matters (special occasion, last-minute heroics, etc.), give yourself some buffer. If you’re cutting it close, reach out — we’ll tell you what’s realistically possible.

Quebec Shipping

​

  • Similar to Ontario, most orders land within 3–5 days, depending on where you are.

  • You’ll get tracking info the day it ships.

  • We move fast, but we can’t promise exact delivery dates.

Exchanges (because sometimes you swing and miss)

Ordering online is a bit like sending a gift to your future self. We want it to land.

If it doesn’t quite hit:

  • We offer exchange only within 30 days (with proof of purchase).

  • Items must be unopened and in resalable condition.

If your order has already shipped:

  • A $25 restocking fee applies

  • Original shipping fees aren’t refundable

​

You can bring it back in person or send it your own way. If you’re not sure what to swap for, we’re happy to help you find something better.

 

If something goes sideways

 

We do our best to get everything right, but we’re human.

If there’s ever an issue on our end, let us know ASAP and we’ll make it right as quickly as we can.
