Our Story
Born out of a passion for wellness, natural living, and a little bit of Canadian grit, KW IL STEN SAUNA INC. was founded with one simple goal:
To bring the benefits of sauna and cold exposure to people in a flexible, mobile way.
The name “KW IL STEN” reflects strength, connection, and tradition. We built our flagship cedar barrel sauna by hand, fueled by wood heat and volcanic rocks, designed to be both rugged and luxurious. Paired with inflatable cold plunges and optional fire pit rentals, our offerings combine tradition and modern comfort in a way that’s totally unique to our region.
