Timothy Chin
I’m Tim, a father, husband, and operator who’s spent the last decade running high-pressure logistics operations while raising two kids under six, including a son with autism. My life isn’t curated. It’s responsibility, fatigue, hard conversations, and growth that doesn’t wait for the “right moment.”
I built Modern Consigliere because men don’t need another feel-good coach. They need someone who’s lived real pressure career pressure, family pressure, financial pressure and learned how to grow instead of collapse.
For the last 11 years, I’ve led teams of 20 to 150+, managing $24M–$51M operational functions. I’ve taken departments from the bottom of the country to top ranks, rebuilt teams from scratch, fixed broken processes, and delivered under deadlines that didn’t care how tired I was.
