Our Story
Scorched Earth Winery
Rooted in Fire. Grown with Passion.
Scorched Earth Winery is a Certified Organic Family Estate Vineyard nestled in the heart of Okanagan Mountain Park. Our name was born from the ashes of the 2003 Okanagan Wildfires, which reshaped our land and inspired us to replant with French Pinot Noir grapes. The scorched landscape still surrounds us, serving as a reminder of resilience and renewal.
We specialize in small-lot, estate-grown wines that showcase our unique terroir. Our Pinot Noir and Rosé of Pinot Noir are made exclusively from organic grapes grown on-site, aged for four years with minimal intervention, and matured in French oak barrels.
As proud members of Regeneration Canada, we farm sustainably and by hand-crafting just 500 cases of Pinot Noir and 150 cases of Rosé annually. Every step, from vine to bottle, reflects the passion of our family-run team.
Scorched Earth isn’t just a name—it’s our story. From fire to fine wine, we invite you to taste the journey.
