Returns
You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in the same condition that you received it

Be in the original packaging with all tags, certificates, and accessories included

Have the proof of purchase or receipt
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Please note that customized or engraved jewelry, final sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return or refund.

Shipping Your Return
You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
