Current Projects being handled by Tangerinespace Inc
Tangerinespace Inc. is currently managing a portfolio of affordable housing projects in Whitehorse, Yukon, serving as both designer and engineer of record under the Yukon Engineering Services & Home Design brand. As of November 2025, the company is overseeing the development of 22 residential units across three sites in the Whistle Bend subdivision, with a combined area of 20,927 square feet and an estimated construction cost of $4.81 million, excluding pre-construction expenses.
The project features a mix of market and affordable units, including four one-bedroom units (split evenly between market and affordable), fourteen two-bedroom units (twelve market, two affordable), and four three-bedroom units (three market, one affordable). The development sites are at various stages: 1157 Witch Hazel Drive is progressing through the development application process and will offer twelve units; 1139 Witch Hazel Drive is under active construction at the Permanent Wood Foundation stage, with seven units planned; and 242 Leota Street is shovel-ready, with permits secured for three units. This portfolio reflects Tangerinespace Inc.’s commitment to expanding access to quality housing while maintaining a strong focus on regulatory compliance and practical design solutions.
