Customer To-Do Checklist
BEFORE WE ARRIVE

Pump down your sump well 48 hrs prior to closing

Make sure your gate is open & unlocked prior
-
Vacuum & clean your pool, and remove all debris prior to your closing

Ensure your pool water is chemically balanced
-
Remove drop-in steps & sand bags prior to closing

Ensure that all equipment, accessories & winter plugs are accessible for our crew prior to closing day

City of Toronto, Scarborough, Aurora, Etobicoke, Markham, Richmondhill, & Vaughan customers must have water drained 1” below the lowest return jet prior to closing due to Municipal By-Laws. Failure to do so will result in extra charges

Service Crews do not test or balance water

Vacuuming the pool

Winterizing solar heating systems

Removing drop-in step & sand bags

Removing or cleaning salt cells

Removing diving boards
! PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION

All drain plugs removed from equipment will be left on site in your pump basket or winter cover bucket to use upon opening next Spring

Any missing equipment (ie. winterizing plugs) will be supplied by the Closing crew to complete the job & billed to the homeowner

Seized or stripped safety cover anchors cannot be repaired or replaced at time of closing. A separate service call can be arranged to provide replacement achors (additional service rates apply)

Water left over the winter months that is not properly balanced can cause liner fading, wrinkles & staining issues. Customer is responsible for balancing water prior to closing
-
We are not responsible for winter covers coming out of track or loose from a water bag or inclement weather. A service call of $150 + HST would apply for any return visit

We cannot be held responsible for lost equipment (salt cells, filter cartridges)

Please monitor your pool during the winter months to ensure ice & snow are not creating issues with your pool structure or attached fixtures. If you notice any sagging or duress to winter cover, please call the store
