Confined Space Rescue
1 Day - Basic

This course is designed for those responsible for performing a rescue from a confined space.  It is limited to those spaces that either have a LOW or MODERATE hazard atmosphere.  It is for rescues which will be performed using only cable/winch systems.  Rope systems will not be taught or covered in this course. It is for emergencies of a non-spinal nature using basic packaging techniques.  This course will be instructed by someone who assesses and writes confined space hazard assessments and entry procedures, a Qualified Person as defined by WorkSafeBC Part 9.11.
