  • What does Pretty Drift do to support sustainable fashion?
    Our handbags are consciously created, sourcing only ethical, eco-friendly, sustainable, premium vegan materials. The Muskobow is PETA – Approved Vegan certified. We don’t harm our planet, people or animals. Our handbags are manufactured locally with Fashion Exchange, Toronto, Ontario, Canada, reducing our shipping logistics footprint. Fashion Exchange, manufactures small batch runs, reducing overproduction and waste. We know the team at Fashion Exchange and visit frequently. Government regulations are in place for ethical production, meeting Canadian labour standards. All our materials are made of premium, high-quality, durable vegan materials, which are less likely to end up in landfills. We source deadstock denim if it’s available from our supplier, Cone Denim. We support 100% Carbon Neutral Shipping via UPS. All our packaging is eco–friendly, 100% recyclable, 93% recycled. We are committed to learning to be better and improving our practices with every opportunity.
  • What makes you a sustainable fashion brand?
    Pretty Drift doesn’t compromise our planet, people or animals for the sake of fashion. We believe the fashion industry can do better! We believe a positive shift is happening and we are proud to be a part of it! We support quality over quantity, you can see that in our Muskobow handbag. It’s designed and manufactured to last, so it won’t get mindlessly tossed into the garbage and later end up in a landfill. All our handbags are individually handmade by locally skilled garment engineers at Fashion Exchange, Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Manufacturing locally reduces our shipping logistic footprint. Fashion Exchange manufactures small batch runs, which reduces over production and waste, producing only what we can sell. Manufacturing in Canada also meets ethical labour standards.   • Is there an environmental impact from shipping?
    We support 100% Carbon Neutral Shipping with UPS.
  • What kind of charities do you support?
    Every month we give 2% of our income to the Wildlife Preservation of Canada, helping our bumble bees at risk of extinction.
  • What kind of materials do you use?
    We use ethical, eco-friendly, sustainable, premium vegan materials. Some innovative vegan textiles we use now or have an interest in for future handbags are eco-friendly, cotton, linen, hemp, bamboo, and biobased leathers such as mushroom leather, cactus leather, apple leather, grape leather, and pineapple leather. We are constantly researching the best and latest technologies in innovative vegan materials. All our materials are vegan meaning they are made without any animal products or by products and have not been tested on animals.
  • When will the out-of-stock item be available again?
    We are a small company, we work with local manufacturers, and only manufacture small batch runs. It really depends on when our manufacturer can fit us into their queue. But we’ll do our very best to stay ahead of the game! If we do run out of stock, and you wish to make a purchase, please send us an email and we will notify you immediately when our stock is available again. When an item is “Out of Stock” on the product detail page, once it’s restocked it will appear on the website.
  • Do you ship to Europe?
    No we do not. Currently we only ship within Canada.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order after it has been placed?
    We start working on your order as soon as we receive it, however, please give us a call immediately in the special case that we haven’t shipped it, also send us an email. In most cases it will be too late to make any changes or modifications to an order after it has been placed and confirmed. Therefore, please check that all information entered is correct. In the event that your order has shipped and you're not satisfied, please visit our Return Policy and it would be our pleasure to help you.
  • How can I track my order?
    We offer tracking on all shipments. Please note that you will only receive it once your order has processed and shipped from UPS.
  • When will my order ship?
    Orders normally take 1-5 business days to process. This doesn’t include transit times. Please email us at hello@PrettyDrift.com and we would be happy to give you more information on the status of your order.
  • Does Pretty Drift have a store I can visit?
    At this time we do not, we are an online ecommerce store.
